Semi detached home in Greasby with the front dining room already furnished as a bedroom, with a single bed but option for trundle/double bed. I am an 50yr old woman who works full time on rota shifts and I live with my very chilled 16yr old. We are a non smoking household. Whilst our house is not modern it is homely and well loved, we have 2 well behaved Yorkshire terriers and 4 loving cats... We have a large garden. We live near shops, restaurants, pubs, bus stops and near a hospital. Very easy to hop on the bus into Liverpool.. Greasby has a wonderful village community and I'm sure you'd love to live here too.
You will be buying your own food, toiletries and cleaning products. Cleaning of communal areas is done on a rolling rota. £520 pcm or £120 per week.
