I have a furnished double room available in a lovely 3-bed maisonette on a quiet road in New Brighton. It’s currently occupied by myself and two very chill cats!

The flat is split over two floors, so there’s plenty of room. It features two living rooms (complete with a dartboard and pool table!), a shared bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with an air fryer, dishwasher, and rice cooker, plus a separate fridge and freezer in the utility room.

Note: While we don’t have access to the garden (it belongs to downstairs), we’re a stone's throw from Vale Park and the beach! New Brighton train station and Victoria Road are both an easy 10–15 minute walk away.

About Me:
I work 9–5 in community development & research (mainly office-based). I’m easy-going and enjoy cooking, cold water swimming, and stand-up comedy. You’ll usually find me down at the beach or in one of the local pubs!

I’ve been doing up my place and would love to share it with a respectful person who wants to make it a home.
