Double Room in Spacious Maisonette

I have a furnished double room available in a lovely 3-bed maisonette on a quiet road in New Brighton 🏡 Currently occupied by myself and two cats (it’s a large flat & they’re v chill!).

The flat is split over two floors with two living rooms (including a dartboard and pool table). I have a smaller room which would suit another flatmate if you’re coming as a pair, or an office / storage space for you,

The kitchen has an air fryer, coffee machine, dishwasher, rice cooker etc. There is a separate fridge & freezer in the utility room and a shared bathroom.

I’ve been doing up my place for a while and it would be great to share it with someone respectful who would like to make it a home!

We don’t have access to the garden as this is owned by the downstairs occupants but we’re a stone’s throw from the park & beach. New Brighton train station and Victoria Road are 10-15 min walk away.

About Me:
I’m an easy-going person who enjoys cooking, cold water swimming and stand-up comedy. You’ll usually find me at the beach or in one of the local pubs!

I work in the field of community development & research 9-5, in the office mainly.
