Small room furnished with fridge kettle, toaster, microwave and air fryer. Plenty of storage. Use of shared bathroom for shower. Separate wc on first floor with hand basin. Parking and Wi-Fi available. Quiet person required who is considerate to others. In work full time and no home workers. Close to town centre and local country park and the Aberdare Park. Supermarkets are a few minutes walk. Bus and train stations five minute walk. I have one cat who rules the roost however is confined to my spaces as much as possible. A quiet respectful person will be welcome in my home. Large garden with smoking areas. Smart Tv and Netflix. No home workers.
