Parking and Wi-Fi available. Quiet person required who is considerate to others. In work full time and no home workers. Close to town centre and local country park and the Aberdare Park. Supermarkets are a few minutes walk. Bus and train stations five minute walk. I have one cat who rules the roost however is confined to my spaces as much as possible. A quiet respectful person will be welcome in my home. Large garden with smoking areas. Smart Tv and Netflix. No home workers.
