My 14yr old son also lives at the property and my 19yr old daughter may pop back from Uni from time2time, however they both have rooms on the top floor, and keep themselves to themselves so you hardly hear or see them

Has a large living room with other sitting areas throughout the house. A large modern kitchen with breakfast bar, and a gym, although not much cardio more for weight training.

There are 3 toilets at the property, you would have access to 2 of them, so no queueing for bathrooms.

An evening meal can be provided for extra £50 p/m
