There is just one other person living at the apartment (me), so is always Spotlessly clean, quite and peaceful.

I don't smoke and don't have any pets.

Would suit Over 30s Full time employed male (no working from home sorry) who is respectful, tidy and who's working times correspond with my own.

*The Room:*
Private double en-suite shower room, king sized bed, wardrobe, drawers and 27" TV. You will have your own en-suite shower room/ toilet/ wash hand basin, so never any issues with having to wait to use the shower or toilet or with other people dirtying it.

Shared kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, and hob.
Full Fibre broadband, parking and bills included.

Breakfast bar area to eat your meals.

*Location:*
5 mins to bus stop, 6 mins journey on bus into Bridgend town & station.
Shops, pub and takeaway nearby.
5 mins car journey to McDonald's/ Burger King/ Big Tesco/ Lidl etc

Full time employed professional male, clean & tidy, non-smoker. No Working from home / no students.
Room is for one person only no sharing sorry.

*Available now* - can hold for 1 week once deposit paid. Anything more than one week, will require the rent to be paid.
