I have a double room for rent in a large spacious home in Bridgend.

Room has a lock and only 1 key (so please dont lose it)

£750pm which is including bills, incredibly fast WiFi and any required entertainment package, Netflix, Disney+ etc
Couples welcomed but at a small increase of cost.
The room itself can be as furnished or unfurnished as required, and you will benefit from a brand new mattress for your comfort.

The home:
2 seperate living spaces mean you'll have freedom of privacy if required.
2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs.
Utility room comprising of washer and dryer.
Large kitchen with Dishwasher.
Robot vacumn to mitigate any chores.
Large garden with hot tub.

All I'm looking for a tidy housemate who will respect and share the home.

The house is close to shops and public transport links. It is also situated close to the M4 for commuters.

I do have a dog so pet friendly people preferred. And im open to additional animals on a case by case basis.
