Description
I have a Double Room Available in my home in Caerphilly.
Ideally, I’m looking for a housemate around a similar age who’s friendly, easy-going and wants a nice place to live.
The available room is a good-sized double room, with plenty of space for your own belongings. You’ll also have use of the rest of the house, including:
* Living room
* Dining area
* Kitchen
* Bathroom
* Office room
* Garden
A bit about me:
I’m Jack, 30, and work full-time. I enjoy cooking, watching films, travelling, going for walks and going out with friends. I don’t smoke and I don’t have any pets.
If you’re interested, drop me a message. We can arrange a viewing, grab a coffee and see if it’s a good fit.
Cheers,
Jack
