We are very clean, friendly and take great care of the house and any tenants that live here. i have had lodgers living with me for over 8 years now. We take care of all the house chores, all we ask is that you keep your room and bathroom clean and tidy and clean up after yourself in the kitchen.

Currently in the house there is myself, my girlfriend and two dogs.
