Double Bedroom in Professional House

Hi there,

I have a spare room in my home in Hopkinstown.

It has two bedrooms and currently one is occupied.

The room includes a double bed, and wardrobe and drawers. Please see photos attached.

It has a shared living room, a shared dining room, a shared kitchen and bathroom. Some of the decor is being taken by previous tenant so you’re able to make the space your own.

It is available from the 1st of November.

It is a ten minute walk to Pontypridd, with a bus stop outside and parking space, directly opposite Barry Sidings Country park.

Please don’t hesitate to drop me any questions you might have.
