We’re looking for a clean, tidy and friendly professional to join an existing tenant in this lovely three-bedroom home.
Great Location
The property is located in Llanbradach, ideally situated just 25 minutes from Cardiff, Newport and the surrounding valleys.
The train station is only a two-minute walk away, with regular services running throughout the day. Local shops, a butcher and a café (which serves surprisingly dangerous amounts of delicious food) are all within a minute’s walk.
Parking is on-street, but thankfully finding a space is usually easier than finding a seat on a rush-hour train.
A House Share That Doesn’t Feel Like One
Although this is a three-bedroom property, we’ve deliberately chosen not to turn it into an HMO.
Why? Because we’d rather it felt like a home than a game of “Guess Whose Milk This Is?” with five strangers.
That means you’ll only be sharing with one other person, giving everyone more space, more privacy and a much more relaxed atmosphere.
A cleaner also regularly attends the property and is included in the rent, helping keep communal areas looking their best without anyone having to draw up a cleaning rota.
The Room
Rooms 1 and 3 are currently occupied by the existing tenant and consist of a smaller double and single room. Room 2 is the room available and is shown in the photographs. This room is the larger of the three and is roughly the same sq ft as the other two rooms.
The room is a generous double, ideal for anyone working from home, with plenty of space for a desk setup and comes furnished. Additional storage is available in the attic, which is accessed directly through the room.
Shared Spaces
Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room/diner, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
Outside is a garden with decking and additional outdoor storage – perfect for enjoying the occasional Welsh sunshine when it decides to make an appearance.

Fast fibre broadband is included in the rent.
All other household bills are shared between the two tenants and are already set up.
