This spacious three-bedroom house in Llanbradach is shared by just two people in total. There’s no live-in landlord and no house full of tenants, giving you considerably more space, privacy and the chance to actually have the house to yourself from time to time.

We’re looking for a clean, tidy and friendly professional who would like to make the house their home.

Llanbradach – approximately 25 minutes from Cardiff.

The train station is just a 2-minute walk away, with regular services towards Cardiff and the surrounding area.

Within a minute’s walk you’ll also find local shops, a butcher, takeaways and a café which serves dangerously large portions.

Caerphilly is around 5 minutes by car or a short train journey away, with larger supermarkets and plenty of additional shops.

On-street parking is available and the property has excellent connections towards Cardiff, Newport and the Valleys.

Only one other person currently lives in the property and uses the two smaller bedrooms, meaning you’ll still only be sharing the house with one housemate.

Fast fibre broadband is included with the remaining bills shared which is around £120 per month on average.
