Double room can be booked day, week, monthly base

Available from September 2024 a very spacious double room, recently fully refurbished and decorated. The room includes a double bed with a new mattress, and a new mattress protector and a winter duvet. It will be self-contained with a microwave, a kettle, a fridge and some crockery essentials. I can provide bed lining and towels.

Shared bathroom (bath and shower) is downstairs (3 bedrooms in total). There is a good size garden, where growing your own plants, and BBQs are allowed. Garage only for storage, and space for 1 bike or motorcycle. Parking is free on the road.

The property is on main road, easy access to a bus stop just few steps away, a convenience store, and pharmacy just across the road. Nearby fish and ship, and 5-10 minutes driving to Treorchy High Street, Asda and McDonalds Tonypandy.

I am a health professional and I work from home. I am very friendly, approachable, proactive and happy to accommodate others.

I would prefer someone that work/study full time and pay the rent on time! I offer 'no deposit' if you are a NHS worker. I can consider daily booking, Monday to Friday rental, weekly or monthly.

Note: the house has an alternative bedroom downstairs if you require due to mobility restrictions; but there is a small step to access the bathroom and kitchen, and doors are not wider enough for wheelchair.

Rent can be paid weekly or monthly, and this will reflect any notice period. Accept short or long term contract.

Bills and services included: general house maintenance, overall cleaning and gardening, Council Tax (band A), Gas and electricity, water services, broadband and TV licence.
