House Share with Tilly the Cat (and me)

Hello!

I'm looking for someone reliable, clean, mature, respectful, and communicative. I'm happy to consider short-term stays and/or people who need a regular place to stay in the Pontypridd area. I work from home full-time as a data analyst and am also a counselling student.

The property is 5 minutes from the train station/city centre with ample parking on the nearby streets. I live at the property and make sure that it's well looked after. It's not an HMO, so it feels lived in and like a proper home.

I'm a reasonable and very relaxed guy, but I'd like to know a bit about you, so please include some information about yourself when responding to this ad. Over the last 4 years, I've had multiple lodgers and short-term visitors.

I'm happy to arrange a viewing over a cuppa so we can both learn more about each other and see if the room would suit you.

The rent covers all bills, including council tax.
