House Share with Tilly the Cat (and me)

I have a spare bedroom in my house and am ideally looking for a new lodger who would prefer a reliable, clean, and quiet place to use as a base. Over the years, I've had multiple lodgers and over a dozen guests staying long term. The property has been well looked after, and I'm trying to keep it tidy and livable.

I'm pretty relaxed, but I’d like to know a bit about you—so please include some information about yourself when responding to this ad. I work from home full-time as a data analyst, and I'm a counselling student. I'm on the nerdier side of life.

Happy to arrange a viewing over a cuppa so we both can learn more about each other and see if the room would suit you.

The rent would cover all the bills, including council tax.

I might consider short-term lodgers as well.
