Outside, there is a generous garden which will be ideal for the summer once it comes out of winter hibernation.

The location is extremely convenient. Lidl, Home Bargains, Farm Foods and Dominos Pizza are all within a five minute walk. Tondu Train Station is approximately a twelve minute walk away, making commuting easy. The M4 is around ten minutes by car. Tondu Cricket Club is also within walking distance, and a local garage is a short four minute drive away.

I am a professional, gay homeowner, looking for a respectful, tidy and easy going lodger. The estate is exceptionally quiet, so this would suit someone who values a calm and comfortable home environment, 2 minute walk from the nature reserve and national park.

The room will have bedside tables, bedside lights and be painted before you move in.
