We will have four rooms available from 7th October 2024 on Brook Street, Treforest. We are currently carrying out redecoration, refurnishing and other minor refurbishment works to the property, so the photo above is a sample from one of our other properties until the first room is completed.

The rent is £450 per calendar month for each room, inclusive of all bills (including council tax) so there are no hidden costs. Our minimum term is six months.

Brook Street is a great location in Treforest, the property is just 1 minutes walk from the Treforest Campus of the University of South Wales, and only 5 minutes walk from Trefforest train station with regular trains into Cardiff. With the A470 close by there's quick and easy access into Cardiff, Caerphilly and to the M4. There’s a Tesco express just 10 minutes walk away, and other shops and cafes are closer still!
