The house is a terrace on a quiet street in a village about 35 minutes drive from Cardiff and 10 minutes drive from Pontypridd. There is a bus into Pontypridd which takes about 30 minutes. From there, there are trains and buses to Cardiff/surrounding areas. From the top of the street there is access to beautiful countryside walks - 3 minutes walk away!
The house includes one large kitchen with all amenities (including dishwasher), a south-facing conservatory, one bathroom with high pressure shower and a large 3-level garden with hammocks, decking area, seating areas and a stream/natural plunge pool at the bottom where you can take a cold dip. The garden is elevated so has views of the surrounding valley.

The house will be shared with my lovely lodger, Adam, who is very quiet and works full time as a translator and sometimes me but I will not be there very much.
