Must be civilised. No heavy drinker. Must have respect for other occupants of the flat. Must be in regular self employed or job. Clean. No shouting or fights in or near the property.

Any social misnaming will cancel The tenancy on the soot. No unsocial behaviour will be accepted

Rent must be paid in advance and in time.

Bills are on sharing basis for gas, water and electricity

General Rates are paid by the Landlord
