There is a small garden to relax. Garden has minimum maintenance.

The garage has been converted to a sitting room where the tenants can sit and relax. The garage also has two full size washing machines for the tenants to use.

There are external CCTV cameras for security. The Virgin WIFI is a corporate standard system (500mbps download and 50mbps upload) that has a transmitter on each floor for maximum coverage and speed. All member can stream with speed problems.

Transport facilities are within a minute walk. There is also a very good primary school within 100m.
