Spacious room in Greenford /Sudbury Hill (Ealing)

Hey there! Welcome to our friendly home in West London🏡 Unfortunately, we do not accept couples.

We have a spacious room available which is fully furnished. It is located on 1st floor, and it is blessed with plenty of sunlight ☀️

The room overlooks the front of the house and has plenty of in-built storage wardrobe space.
There's a bathroom which is shared between the 2 rooms on this floor.

The house has a shared kitchen/diner, a laundry room with separate washing machine and dryer, and a cosy garden 🪴

At the moment we are one male and two female in the household, working professionals in their late 20's and 30’s 😄

We are located in a quiet suburb area with ample green spaces including access to the Grand Union canal; close to local shopping centres, a variety of supermarkets, and leisure/fitness centres 🏬

There's free on-street parking; the A40 and A406 are easily accessible and we are less than a 40 min drive to central London.
We have excellent transport links, being within walking distance to trains (i. e., Central and Piccadilly line, and National Rail) and buses that go toward Ealing Broadway, Harrow, and Heathrow 🚌🚆

We have a friendly house cat called Milo 🐈‍⬛

We are looking to rent to professionals who do not smoke and clean up after themselves 🧼 We are all working professionals who enjoy getting along with each other and take pride in looking after the communal areas!
