We are looking for a sensible female tenant to take up a south-facing double room. The room is furnished with a double bed and built-in bedside tables, drawers and wardrobes. Bed linen is available on request.
The house is a 3-bed semi-detached house on a residential road. There is a bus stop 150 yards away which runs from early until late and takes you to/from Ealing Broadway or Northolt tube stations.
The house is clean, spacious, and homely.
The room itself is a good size, clean, warm and pleasant and has just been decorated. There is a bathroom/toilet on the same floor which the tenant would not have to share with anybody.
Parking on the street is free and not hard to come by.
Shed storage is available for seasonal items and travel cases.
The rent is £750. This is inclusive of bills (gas, electric, water, TV licence, Council Tax, and broadband).
If you decide to stay, you will be sharing with a mature professional couple and their child.
We are easy-going, tidy, respectful, and sensitive to the needs and privacy of others.
As well as your room and bathroom you would also have access to the (large) kitchen/dining room for cooking/eating and also the garden/patio area.
The room would especially suit a student - the current tenant, a student, is moving out in July 2023.
I'm afraid we are not considering couples at this time, just a single female.
One month refundable deposit.
A reference and a photo ID like a driving licence or passport will be required.
