I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy of a lovely 2BHK luxury apartment. All amenities included a Concierge, Gym, Parcel Rooms, Co-working Spaces, Gaming Lounge, Private dining lounge, Rooftop BBQ and a Cinema Lounge.

The minimum term would be five months, and you can increase the duration.

Both rooms are ensuite, and the apartment has a beautiful canal view on the 4th floor. There are various activities, workshops and classes held at Greenford Quay.

- 7 mins walk to the Greenford station (Central Line)
- 7 mins walk to Tesco
- 3 mins walk to Co-op
- 3 mins walk to Starbucks
- 3 mins walk to bus stop

The council tax is around £180 per month, split between all tenants. The wifi is £25 per month, the water bill is around £250 every four months, and heating/gas is £150 per month. All the bills will be split between the tenants.
