I have a large en-suite room available in a large contemporary house in Sudbury Town. Sudbury Town station (Piccadilly line) is a 3/4 minute walk from the house and bus stops to Wembley and Harrow are a 1 minute walk from the house.

The house comprises 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a study, a well-maintained garden overlooking a golf course and 3 bathrooms. The formal living room area is also used as a gym/martial arts/yoga area as we have thick matting to put on the floor and weights. All of the ground floor has underfloor heating with high quality tiles on top.

The available bedroom is on the 1st floor, with a view overlooking the garden and the golf course behind.

A bit about me - I am 30 years old and I am the homeowner. I would say I am an entrepreneur, my endeavours include property investing, mixed martial arts management and mixed martial arts coaching, along with some more investments. I travel a lot for work/pleasure (almost once or twice a month at times). My main hobbies include MMA, gym, travelling, socialising and business.

A bit about my friend Maks - I’m a 28-year-old young professional working for a construction consultancy firm, I’m an entrepreneur who also has investments in various ventures. My day-to-day interests are going to the gym and MMA training. I like to keep up to date on the current affairs of mixed martial arts sports and avid UFC fan. I live here with my friend and little dog (Pomeranian mixed with Yorkshire Terrier) he’s extremely friendly, quiet and keeps to himself. I usually work almost every day Monday to Sunday and I work from home a few days of the week. As for how I like to spend my free time, I usually travel quite a lot because I enjoy meeting new people from across the globe and gaining an understanding of different cultures and traditions.

We are friendly and pretty chill people. Our ideal housemate would be friendly, laid back, considerate and clean.

All bills are included in the rent, such as council tax, gas, water, electricity, house insurance, ultra-high-speed broadband throughout the house and garden (1GBps), ring doorbell and Verisure (the most comprehensive alarm system).


A potential extra cost would be a cleaner once or twice a week, which would be shared by all tenants (including myself). This can be discussed when viewing.
