A lovely furnished single room is available in my flat in Balerno from 10th April . The house is shared only with me and my friendly dog, so I’m looking for a clean, responsible, and dog-friendly professional to join our space.

Location: Quiet residential area in Balerno, just 10 minutes to bus 44 for easy access to Edinburgh

Shared spaces: Bright living room, balcony, and parking available

Lifestyle: I work from home a few days a week and usually have weekends off. The house is peaceful – no parties, no smoking, and unfortunately, no additional pets.

Ideal Tenant:

A professional who is clean, respectful, and enjoys a calm home

Someone comfortable with a dog (but no additional pets allowed)
