Warm, relaxed home

Hi, I’m looking for a lodger for a calm, friendly home in Bonnyrigg.

The flat/house is comfortable, relaxed and generally pretty quiet. I value cleanliness and consideration rather than perfection. It’s the sort of home where people can chat over tea sometimes, but everyone also has space and privacy.
I value everyone helping keeping the whole house clean although I do the garden but if you like gardening you are welcome to do some too.
I work in coaching/wellbeing and tend to enjoy thoughtful conversation, creativity, books.
The room would probably suit someone who is reasonably independent, emotionally mature and easy to communicate with.
Open to professionals or mature students. LGBTQ+ friendly. This is a female only household.

I have three pets, one dog and two cats so you'd have to like them.
The house is three minutes from the bus stop that takes about 40 minutes to reach town.

I am preferably looking for someone who will go home over Christmas and is comfortable with one of my children staying in the room over that time.
