Flatmate wanted in friendly Bruntsfield flat :)

We are Evie, Clare, and Jess. Sadly our flatmate Maka is moving out to live in London which means we are looking for another girl to join our 4-bed flat in Bruntsfield from the 31st of August. :)

Please only message if you are female, aged 23-28, are a professional, and are looking to rent long term (no students sorry!)

The flat is great and we really love living here. It's located in Bruntsfield, very close to the Links and its a safe area. It is a 4-bed flat, with one bathroom, and a kitchen/living area. The bedroom itself has a double bed and is fully furnished. It is on the smaller side but there is plenty of storage space around the flat. It is a lovely bright room which also looks over onto the shared garden, it is also nice and quiet. Permit parking is available just on the road.

A bit more about us....
- Evie is 24 and works in Forestry. She likes to run, go to yoga classes, and have a chill evening cooking, watching a film, or reading.
- Clare is 27 works in Finance and likes running.
- Jess is 24 works in environmental consulting and likes to read, cook, and try new sports.

We all met and joined this flat through sparerooms over the past couple of years. We are looking for somebody who wants to be a friend, not just a flatmate. We are all social and like to hang out, whether thats just in the kitchen after work for a chat, a walk, run + sweet treat, board game evening, or the occasional night out. We hope you would be keen to join in as much as you would like :)
