The flat has a lovely shared kitchen and sitting area with stunning castle views, offering a calm and welcoming space to relax away from the festival crowds. The bathroom is shared.

The room itself is bright and comfortable, and includes a beautiful Yamaha classical piano — especially ideal for pianists or musicians who would enjoy having access to it during their stay.

£700 per week, all bills included.
Couples welcome for an additional £150 per week.

The flat is within walking distance of the city centre, The Meadows, and many Fringe venues, while still feeling peaceful and residential.
