Cozy room in big Bruntsfield flat available

Hi there!

Our lovely flatmate is unfortunately moving out by the end of October so we’re looking for a new 5th flatmate to join us in our Bruntsfield flat! The room is a cozy single bed, furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and a desk + chair & it’s got a big windowsill outside that has been used as a tiny balcony by former flatmates—one of the perks of the room :)
Part of the flat is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms & common storage space, so plenty of space to spread out in! Bills, including council tax etc, are usually around £100.
 

About us:

We are Emma, Kizzy, Abi & Toni and we love to hang & go out together—every now and then we’ll have a little dinner at ours to get together with some of our old flatmates, so we’d ideally want someone who fits the vibe and enjoys socialising with us. We aren’t really a party flat tho (apart from the occasional b-day party) & respect each other’s alone time whenever it’s needed!
We are also a queer friendly flat and want everyone to feel at home as much as possible.

PS: For accessibility purposes; we live on the third floor and the house does not have a lift!
