Room in Bruntsfield in a Female Flat from Nov 1st

Hi there! We are looking for a tidy, friendly and respectful female flatmate to fill one room in our flat. We are all working professionals and so are looking for another professional, not a student.

You would be sharing the flat with -

Myself - Investment Research Analyst
Sarah - Young Working Professional in writing/communications
Lorna - Recent Theatre Studies graduate

We all enjoy chatting, occasionally spending time together in our communal spaces, and hosting gatherings in the flat with friends but we also very much value time to ourselves, and are always respectful of each other’s space and varying schedules.

Some of our interests include - creative arts (theatre, writing, film, etc.), hosting dinner parties, reading, movie nights.

We would love to connect with a chill, courteous, mature, and like-minded individual! Ideally somebody who wants to make the flat a home.

We also are looking for someone who would be able to commit to a long-term lease (if possible); We have had quite a lot of change in the flat recently with people moving in and out, so this is very important to us.

We have a weekly shared cleaning rota that helps keep the flat nice for everyone, and we’d like our new flatmate to respect and be on board with that.

The flat has a beautiful shared garden and is right outside several bus links taking you directly into the city centre. Managed by ‘Forth Property Management’ who are super involved and helpful. The room is a double loft bed room with a separate storage closet currently used for clothes - lots of other shared storage in the flat as well.

Rent is £520, bills + council tax would be roughly £100 per month. Deposit £550. FYI the rent is scaled based on room sizes so this is the cheapest/smallest room in the flat.
