We are looking for a female working professional or PhD student to join our lovely 3-bedroom Bruntsfield flat from 1st November.

The neighbourhood: The flat is in a great location - it has good transport links across the city (with a bus stop just at the end of the street) and is 2 mins walk to the Bruntsfield links. There is also some on-street parking (permit required). There are lots of shops, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets within walking distance, and the area is quiet and safe.

The flat: There is a modern kitchen and a bathroom which was renovated within the last 2 years. Kitchen/living room window faces South-West and has plenty of light throughout the day. Your room is spacious with a gorgeous bay window and gets the morning light!

About us: You’ll be sharing with two others, Milly (25) and Constance (23). Milly has recently become a full-time working professional, and Constance is a second year PhD student at UoE. We enjoy cooking and eating together when timings allow, and also recently combed the charity shops to find the entire box set of Friends since it left Netflix!

About you: We would love to find someone who enjoys a clean and tidy flat, is respectful of our shared space and enjoys a mixture of together and alone time!

- Rent: £675 per month (potential to increase with change in tenancy, hopefully unlikely!)
- Deposit: £700
- Electricity and Gas: ~£60 per month
- WiFi: £10 per month
- Letting Agency: Cullen Property Ltd (UK-based Guarantor required, or 6 months rent upfront)
- Council Tax Band E, but if you are a PhD student, you’ll be exempt
