We have one large double room and one smaller single room for rent in a 5 bedroom top floor HMO flat on Merchiston Place, just off the main road running through Bruntsfield. Both rooms are for one person only, no couples.

There are currently 3 males living there at the moment. Looking for someone clean and quiet, this is not a party flat. No pets and no smoking/vaping allowed in the property. The rooms are available now, but my painter is due to give them a quick paint to freshen them up in the next week or two. The rent is £650 per month for teh larger double room, and £600 per month for the smaller single room with both costs including council tax and broadband, but exclusive of gas and electric which is shared between the tenants. We would require a month's rent and a month's deposit in advance.
