The House

A classic tenement house on the beautiful Bruntsfield Place, just a five minute walk away from the Bruntsfield Links with loads of lovely cafés and the Union Canal nearby. Good bus links & everything in Edinburgh centre reachable on foot in 15-30 minutes.

The house has a huge lounge with beautiful windows and loads of room for craft/arts projects, as well as an extra desk for working from home. There are two toilets (one bathroom + single toilet). The kitchen has a dishwasher, 2 fridge/freezers & a washing machine, there is space to store bicycles, and there's also a shared garden to the rear.

The Room

Spacious double room with high ceilings and carpeted floors. Comes with storage units, shelves and smaller furnishings. Garden view.

The Flatmates

You’ll be living with Beth, Helen, Iffah and Robbie, who are lovely people and work in areas such as health & social care, third sector and education. While everyone has their own life going on, we also like to spend time together when we can – cups of tea, flat dinners, pub quizzes and time in the outdoors.

The house definitely has a home vibe going on, and we’re looking for someone who will participate in chores & taking care of the flat. While this is not a party flat, friends and partners are always welcome over. There is a sofa-bed in the lounge for anyone to use for guests.
