Room to rent from the 1st of September!

One of our flatmates is moving out, so a room will be available from the 1st of September. We’re looking for someone to share the flat with in a calm and respectful environment 😊

📍 Location: Corstorphine
💰 Total rent: around £600 per month, all bills included (council tax, electricity and wifi).
📑 The flat is managed by an agency, so the new person will need to be approved by them. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

We are two professionals and are looking for someone responsible, tidy and respectful, ideally also working, to keep a good balance at home.

The desk, chair and clothes rack showed in the room are property of the current tenant, she is open to selling them if you are interested.
