About the room and house:

* Bright double bedroom with a double divan bed (with storage underneath).
* Comes furnished with two sets of drawers, a clothes rail, a small cupboard, and blackout blind.
* Kitchen: Equipped with all essential appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, air fryer plus all necessary cooking utensils.
* Bathroom: Shared bathroom with shower over the bath.
* Garden: Well-maintained outdoor space with seating, ideal for enjoying the sunshine (just kidding, we’re in Scotland!)

About me:

I'm a full-time professional working Monday to Friday (office based). Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the city, shopping, meeting friends, and the occasional trip to the pub. I'm sociable and friendly but also respect personal space and enjoy a peaceful home environment.
I'm vegetarian and happy to live with non-vegetarians, provided they're considerate when using the kitchen.

I'm looking for a housemate who is:
* Clean, tidy, and considerate
* Happy to share responsibility for cleaning communal areas (bathroom, kitchen etc)
* Respectful of the home and others living in it (not a party house)
