Sorry but unable to consider stays of more than 6 weeks.
Short term - weekly rent - room available. As I will be working from home from mid April, it would be best suited to someone looking short term and/or who would be working/studying day time. It is a 2 bed house- upstairs and down- and the room has a double bed and a lot of storage. the room size is 3. 08m x 3. 19m. the kitchen is modern with all facilities and there is sky and BT broadband. The house is in a quiet cul de sac but 2 minutes walk to st johns road in corstorphine and 5 mins to drumbrae roundabout. Tesco is walking distance. there is space for 2 cars in the drive. there is a small garden at the rear. I have shared accommodation many times when travelling, working overseas and in Edinburgh so I am easy to get along with. Just looking for someone who is relatively tidy and friendly.
Please let me know how long you need a room for and your normal weekday routine.
