1 month only - Room for one person

Hi, the room is only available for one month. It is a 2 bed house- upstairs and down- and the room has a double bed and a lot of storage. the room size is 3. 08m x 3. 19m. the kitchen is modern with all facilities and there is sky and BT broadband. The house is in a quiet cul de sac but 2 minutes walk to st johns road in corstorphine and 5 mins to pc world/drumbrae roundabout. Tesco is walking distance. there is space for 2 cars in the drive. there is a small garden at the rear. I have shared accommodation many times when travelling, working overseas and in Edinburgh so I am easy to get along with. Just looking for someone who is relatively tidy and friendly.

I’d need to know a bit about your normal week as I would be working from home one or two days a week.

I’m generally out weekdays from early morning to six at night then quiet through the week. Otherwise it’s a quiet house and i watch a bit of football or Netflix.
