Hi, we are delighted to present a cosy, private double room in our family home. The ensuite room is furnished with a double bed, mattress and built in wardrobe. In addition, you will have shared access to kitchen, dining area, laundry machine and our reception room. Our home is about 15 minutes walk to Heriot Watt university. The property also benefits from excellent public transport with both train station and a bus stop under 5 minute walk, operating regular services into Edinburgh or Glasgow.

I live here with my husband and 2 young children aged 7 and 4. We are a friendly young family with an active lifestyle. We enjoy socialising as much as giving each other space to relax. Our home is vibrant, jovial and (like any other home with young children) sometimes noisy but its warm, welcoming and safe. Both of us work full time in hybrid working model.

Please note due to security and privacy concerns for our children, no guests will be allowed.

This room will particularly appeal to post graduate or Doctorate candidates at Heriot Watt university.
