Really bright spacious modern 2 bedroom apartment situated in Midlothian, EH22. Double room available. Professionals preferred. Please only drop me a message if you don’t mind being about a 20 min commute from the city.

Medium sized double room, brand new double bed and mattress, bedside locker. Free standing clothes rail and small set of drawers. Main bathroom will be your own as I have an en-suite. Large communal living area. Small kitchen, happy to cook and clean as we go along happy to share these areas as long as it’s kept clean and tidy.

Ideal housemate, a peoples person who loves a chat over a cuppa, happy to socialise and be friends but respect each other’s privacy and downtime when needed. Someone with Similar interests as myself would be fab.

If you require to work from home this isn’t an issue, I work in the office full time so the apartment is free all day till around 7:00pm as I normally attend the gym after work most evenings.

Great bus routes to town. no.3 is just outside the apartment directly to princes Street.
