The share is with 2 professional people (inc. owner), who work Monday to Friday flexible hours from 0630-1800 and away a week a month. Fit healthy person who runs and plays sport. A relaxed and easy going person.

Nearby there are regular bus services into Edinburgh city centre, or a car share is possible on some days.

The property is in a thoroughly modern house in exceptional condition and I would like it kept that way so I'd prefer someone who's clean and tidy.
