--About Me and who I am looking for

Full time employed, I work Monday-Friday 9-5. I work in tech and I mainly work at the office in the city but do work from home from time to time, my home office is located in my room so you still have full enjoyment of the common rooms if i do work from home. I am a pretty easy going and chill guy who is quiet and considerate.

I like to socialise, got to pubs/bars/clubs on occasion and also like to stay in and watch movies and tv shows. I like running and going to the gym. I like to play video games.

I am LGBTQ+ friendly

I am looking for professionals with a similar Monday-Friday work schedule, no night shift workers please.

It would be good if we have similar interests or things in common but is not required.

I want someone who is kind, considerate and emotionally mature.

Located in the peaceful village of Danderhall, just on the outskirts of Edinburgh with direct bus into the city including the express X33 that gets you in and out of central Edinburgh in as little as 20-30 mins depending on traffic.

The house is a 2 minute walk to local shops (Co-Op, Morrisons Local, Hair Dressers, Pharmacy and more).

There are plenty of green spaces, parks and walking trails (Sam Campbell Way) within a short waling distance from the house.

Wall to wall built in wardrobe and shelving, so plenty of storage for clothes and personal items.

Modern Bathroom has been recently renovated has Bathtub and Shower and is very clean and tidy.

Kitchen has all the mod-cons with gas hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer. There is also a separate large freezer available so plenty of freezer storage, especially if you like to meal prep.

Under stairs storage for shoes and coats and a tumble dryer

Living/dining room, Large 3 seater electric recliner with built in USB charging. 55" television (I only watch tv/films etc using subscription app like Netflix and Prime). Dining table with 4 chairs.

Rear garden has plenty of seating, real grass, there is a BBQ and a shed for outside storage like bicycles.
