Large double room comes furnished with a king size bed and new memory foam mattress.

Wall to wall built in wardrobe and shelving, so plenty of storage for clothes and personal items.

The bedroom pictures are from when i moved in, currently giving the room some fresh paint so new pictures of room will be up shortly.

Superfast Full Fibre Bradband.

Modern Bathroom has bathtub and shower and is very clean and tidy.

Kitchen has all the mod-cons with gas hob/oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer. There is also a separate large freezer available so plenty of freezer storage, especially if you like to meal prep. Theres also a dryer

Living/dining room, Large 3 seater electric recliner with built in USB charging. 55" television (I only watch tv/films etc using subscription app like Netflix and Prime). Dining table with 4 chairs.

Rear garden has plenty of seating, real grass, there is a BBQ and a shed for outside storage like bicycles.

Full time employed, I work Monday-Friday 9-5. I am a pretty easy going and chill guy who is quiet and considerate.

I am LGBTQ+ friendly

I am looking for professionals with a similar Monday-Friday work schedule, no night shift workers please.

It would be good if we have similar interests or things in common but is not required.

I want someone who is kind, considerate and emotionally mature. Also someone who doesn't mind or is not allergic to cat/dogs, I dont currently have a pet but possibly in the near future.

Located in the peaceful village of Danderhall, just on the outskirts of Edinburgh with direct buses into the city - X95, X33, 51, 33 (The X33, X95 and 51 that gets you in and out of central Edinburgh in as little as 20-30 mins depending on traffic) The 33 runs every 30 mins.

The house is a 2 minute walk to local shops (Co-Op, Morrisons Local, Hair Dressers, Pharmacy and more).

There are plenty of green spaces, parks and walking trails (Sam Campbell Way) within a short waling distance from the house.

David Lloyd health club is also within walking distance and theres a local gym, tennis court plus other leisure actives located in the Danderhall.
