Hi we are a family with one adult son and two friendly dogs, looking to rent our spare double room with a self contained kitchen and shower room.. Our home is located in Duddingston Edinburgh, where there is plenty of green space - the Figgate Park on our doorstep, and Portobello beach a 10 minute walk away. There are several bus stops nearby that offer frequent bus services into Edinburgh city centre and also to the New Royal Infirmary. There is the option of free on-street parking just outside the house too if you need to drive/park a car.
