Hi we are a family with one adult son and two friendly dogs, looking to rent our spare double room with a self contained kitchen and shower room attached (you will have exclusive use of these)

This ideally this would suit a friendly professional commuting to Edinburgh for work and returning home again at weekends.

Our home is located in the peaceful location of Duddingston Edinburgh, there is plenty of green space - the Figgate Park is on our doorstep, and Portobello beach a 10 minute walk away. We are located near to several bus stops that offer a frequent buses into Edinburgh city centre and the New Royal Infirmary. There is also free on street parking just outside the house if you need to drive/park a car.
