Hi we are a family with one teenager and dog, looking to rent out a spare double room, with a kitchen and shower room attached (you will have exclusive use of these) - Monday to Friday only.
Ideally we are looking for a friendly professional who is commuting to Edinburgh for work and returning home again at weekends.
Our home is located in a peaceful and tranquil location in Duddingston Edinburgh, with the Figgate Park on our doorstep, and Portobello beach a 10 minute walk away. Several bus stops are located nearby which offer a frequent bus service into Edinburgh city centre/ the New Royal Infirmary. Alternatively there is free on street parking outside the house if you need to drive/park a car.
