Very close to Edinburgh Napier University, Herriot- Watt University and Edinburgh college as well Gyle Centre.

Minimum 9 month tenancy.

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

The price listed is for the double room and includes all bills.

Would prefer to let to students but working professionals may be considered.
