It is well situated for local buses (10,27,38,45).

Although the flat would suit a mature student or lecturer based at Napier’s Merchiston Campus, which is only a 10 minute walk, other locations are easily accessible.

20 minute bus ride to Edinburgh University (No. 27).
20 minute bus ride to Princes Street (No. 10).
30 minute bus ride to Royal Infirmary (No. 38).
