There are two kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor, there are three bathrooms one on each floor.
To the rear of the house on the ground floor there is a laundry with washer and separate dryer. At the back of the laundry there are three fridge freezers.
To the rear of the property there is a sunny mature garden, the landlord keeps the garden maintained. A cleaner is employed to clean the communal areas every two weeks.
Tenants have access to cleaning materials and a vacuum cleaner and are responsible for cleaning their own room.
