A room is becoming available in our student house.
The room is a furnished spacious double with large Ensuite bathroom.

Hillview is a large non-smoking house that is an HMO for post graduate students. It is equi-distant from Kings Buildings and George Square, being opposite the Commonwealth Pool. There are great local amenities all within walking distance.
There are 9 bedrooms arranged over 3 floors and each room has a chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, chair and double bed.
There are two kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor, there are three bathrooms one on each floor.
To the rear of the house on the ground floor there is a laundry with washer and separate dryer. At the back of the laundry there are three fridge freezers.
To the rear of the property there is a sunny mature garden, the landlord keeps the garden maintained. A cleaner is employed to clean the communal areas every two weeks.
Tenants have access to cleaning materials and a vacuum cleaner and are responsible for cleaning their own room.
The room available is £860.00 excluding bills (Bills are £130.00 pcm/pp ) which includes gas, electricity, broadband, cleaner, garden works and tv licence for communal living room.
Note: the bills are dependent on utility usage and are based on usage during the last academic year.
