In the heart of Edinburgh’s Shore area, voted one of Europe's coolest neighbourhoods. We are looking for a female flatmate to share with one other (also female), this is a quiet place and a great choice for the right person. Shared space: large living room with sofa, TV, and dining table; kitchen with appliances, and bathroom with shower and bath. The bedroom has a double bed, a large fitted wardrobe, and bedside cabinets. There is gas central heating, washing machine and broadband internet. Gas, electricity and Council Tax (band C) are extra. Wi-fi and TV licence are included in the rental price.
I am looking for an independent, easygoing flatmate, and harmonious living. You would be sharing with Anna, from Edinburgh. She works with kids and when she’s home likes to chill, cook a nice dinner and relax on the sofa.
If you don’t know the area, it’s one of the best places to live in the city. Vibrant, happening, and local. It’s on the tram line, so just 10 minutes from the front door to the centre of town. The flat is situated within a converted historic building, on the 2nd floor (no lift).
