Nice warm and quiet flat with new central heating, acoustic glazing, fitted kitchen, and bathroom.
There is a nice private garden to the rear of the flat with plenty space for a bbq or just relax in the sun, when it decides to join us!
The rent does not include council tax and utility bills. Council tax is approximately £87pm. All bills are divided by 4. Presently there is myself, my girlfriend, who is leaving towards the end of January, and Xiu, who is leaving in February.
Xiu seems to constantly work, well that's what she tells us. Nuo and I are always up for a movie night, or sharing a meal.

The room has a new bed and carpet, not the ones shown in the photos, the carpet was replaced last week, as well as a new mattress. There is high-speed broadband, sky tv, with Netflicks.
The flat is set back from the main road and is very quiet at night.

The room is only available until the end of March, or a shorter period if required.


There is no smoking allowed in the flat.
