The rent does include council tax but not the utility bills. All bills are divided equally

The room has a new bed, carpet and mattress and new insulation has been fitted, so nice and warm.
There is high-speed broadband, sky tv, with Netflicks.
The flat is set back from the main road and is very quiet at night.

There is no smoking allowed in the flat.
