You will be sharing the flat with Rose who rents one of the bedrooms. You will meet her during the viewings :)

The flat is situated at the bottom of Leith Walk. There is plenty of nice cafes, bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The nearest bus stop is very close with busses to all parts of town.
The flat is on a very quiet street though.

Please note internet is included, but all other bills are not included in the rent. You will have to pay half for Council tax (band C), gas, electricity and TV license.
