Hello, I have a room available for rent. The room is a clean and well kept room in a non smoking home that would suit a mature and tidy professional. A cosy and warm room 15 minutes from the City Centre, the room is furnished as per photos.

The house is located in quiet residential area with nice and friendly neighbours. It's also on may bus routes.

All bills are included.
