Successful candidates must be willing to clean and tidy the flat as required. If you're moving out of your parents' house and have no idea about a flatshare, this will not work out :)

One double bedrooms contain built-in wardrobes. The flat includes a separate living room and a huge kitchen.

The flat is located in Ballgreen near Murray Field Stadium. Please look at the video.

A successful applicant would need to provide the information below. If some points cannot be met, there may be other opportunities to provide a tenancy background check.

-proof of identity
-proof of address

- 16 min Tram ride to the centre of town or the Gyle Centre
-Frequent buses arriving every 15 minutes connecting you to the centre of town, bus numbers: 31,21,26,1,2,22,30,38.
-3 Min walk to the local Sctomind or Salisburys.
