The flat is located in Broughton area, 5 minutes walk to the new St James shopping center, also walking distance to Princess Street, Edinburgh University, the botanic gardens, Leith Walk and Stockbridge and all supermarkets and shopping outlets.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped, with plenty of storage and has everything you need, including a 50" smart TV, with plenty of movies, TV series to choose from, with IKEA corner sofa in the living room too. The flat is located in a very beautiful and quiet part or Broughton area.

The flat has a COMBI boiler, gas central heating, a NEWLY installed bathroom with a shower over bath, 2 large cupboard storage spaces, and a huge shared garden.

* Sorry, the flat is not suitable for pets, smokers, or couples.

** Council tax is already PAID, so you don't have to pay it. You only pay the rent and your shared energy bills used! Which makes it so cheaper (£25 ish/month for both gas and elec, depending on your consumption), real bargain!
