Im looking for someone who will take my room from the 1st of December I'll be abroad for some time and want to rent out the room or the whole flat.
The flat is modern, well equipped. 2 bedroom shared livingroom and bathroom. The bedroom is a bright spacious double room that comes full furnished with a kingsize bed, built in large double wardrobe, bedside tables
No smoking in the building and no pets

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a modern development and is finished to high standard. An excellent place to live in quiet development and is within easy reach of the city centre by either bus or car. Great access to airport too with public transport. Underground parking available.

The second room also will be available with double bed and and wardrobe.
I'm looking from two individuals or a couple who would take the whole flat.
