The bedroom has a 3/4 bed (bedding/linen can be included if needed), wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table, desk and chair. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared spaces.
I’m a 29 year old professional originally from Edinburgh but half Spanish. I’m happy to have a wee chat or give you your space etc. I work partly in office and partly from home.
The flat is usually clam and peaceful day to day. A clean flatmate is important to me as I like to keep things looking pretty. I don’t allow guests for overnight stays which may not work for everyone.
The property has external security cameras at the front and back garden door.
