Local pubs, shops and gyms all close by, with Pilrig Park and Water Of Leith access just up the road. The Shore and Leith Walk are 10 minutes walk away.

Currently the bills are £30 for Hyperoptic broadband and electricity/gas comes in around £130 between us (but are all over the place with the rates). Council tax works out around £60 each.
